both were great, but the general response was better at the cantora records showcase than at the delancey.

I had some trouble voting earlier, but it finally posted.

1) Matthew Good (Though I doubt he'd do it, seems to be over festivals)
2) Foo Fighters
3) Maps and Atlases
4) Wu-Tang Clan (I saw a ton of WU related stuff this year, so I'd imagine it would go over well)
5) Cut/Copy

My comments section was mostly about making water easier to obtain and expanding the text message system to alert people to entrance/exit closures, etc. Put in a plug for expanding Perry's as well. I did also slip in a half-joking vote for Bruce Springsteen though, under the guise that it would sell day passes to all those parents who normally just drop off their teenage hipster kids.

I decided that being realistic didn't really matter. In no particular order:

Elvis Costello
Tom Waits
Josh Ritter
Outkast
Neil Young

Other than the obvious financial windfall...getting that fucking song on the radio was the worst thing that could have happened to Chumbawumba.

i agree...then again not many bands lead off with the worst song they've ever written as their fist single
